Liz is passionate about the Odecee family and takes great joy in helping people find, join, enjoy and progress in their 'od' life at Odecee. Liz has extensive experience as both a generalist and specialist in the human resources discipline across both the public and private sectors. Since 2011 Liz has developed and lead our people and culture function and community commitment.

With over 30 years of technology leadership under his belt, Simon is renowned in the industry for being a "safe pair of hands". His success is founded upon a history of establishing trusted, value-driven engagements and partnerships, and shaping and delivering successful technology solutions and outcomes. Simon has a wealth of domain and technology experience, and believes strongly in the importance of building relationships and investing in people.
Head of Technology
Patrick joined Odecee in 2012 as Senior Delivery Consultant; in 2014, his consistent excellence saw him appointed Lead of our Enterprise Digital practice. Patrick’s expertise in all areas of software delivery was cultivated throughout his four years as System Engineer at IBM; today at Odecee, he is responsible for delivering go-to-market offerings, developing our people, taking care of digital customers and establishing partnerships that enhance our offerings.
Practice Lead – DevOps
Ben has an extensive background in I.T Management, primarily involving complex integrated environments. His 15 years of industry experience have allowed him to develop expertise in several key areas, including environment management, software configuration management, application management, technical design & development, leadership and support. As Lead of Odecee’s DevOps practice, Ben spearheads the design and delivery of innovative, purpose-built solutions for our large enterprise customers.
Head of Strategy and Consulting
Susan is passionate about designing and developing innovative digital solutions and has worked extensively on transformation projects for government and Tier 1 enterprises. She has a long history of IT experience behind her, with a firm technical foundation as a Business Analyst and Agile Coach. Susan’s areas of expertise include digital analytics, innovation consulting, digital portfolio development, customer relationship management, content management, and multi-touch technologies.
